Clixtr is a location-based photo sharing platform. The iPhone application allows users to take photos and upload them to events in real-time. Other users can view event streams and contribute from the iPhone or the web.
Do I need to pay to use Clixtr?

Is Clixtr available in other languages?
At this time, Clixtr is currently only available in English. We are, however, available in all countries.

I want Clixtr for my mobile device, how do I get it?
You can either click on the Download button for the iPhone app, or you can access iTunes through your computer, then search for Clixtr and sync your phone. On your iPhone, access the app store and search for Clixtr - then download the Clixtr app.
I don't have an iPhone, can I still get Clixtr?
You can use Clixtr off the web at www.clixtr.com. However, at this time, we are only on the iPhone. Keep checking back to see if we've launched on your mobile platform.
How do I create an event on my mobile app?
From the Home screen, click on "My Events" at the bottom. From there, click on the "plus" symbol at the top-right next to "My Events."
I want to search for an event, how do I do that?
On the bottom bar, you'll see an icon that looks like a magnifying glass with the word, "Search." Once you've clicked on that, you'll see a search bar at the top where you can search for events.
How do I upload pictures?
There are two ways to do this from the Home screen. You can either click on "Take Photo," where you take a photo, then click on the blue "Use" button. You may then either click on "Post" and it will post to the album shown, or you can click on "change," located by the event name. Your second option is to click on "Upload Existing Photos." Navigate to the photo album the picture is located in, and either click on post, or change the event, then hit post.
How do I change my location?
Move your iPhone to a different location.
How do I join Clixtr?
Look in the upper right corner of your browser. See where it says "Sign Up?" Start there. Enter your email address, first name, last name, and make a password. You can also sign up through the Clixtr home page.
I want to create events, how do I do this?
See the bar at the top where there's a link to "Home?" In yellow, you should see the words "Create Event." Start there and create away!
My friends want to add photos to an event I added photos to, how do I direct them to that event?
You can either tell your friends the name of the event and have them search for it, or you can click on the event then click on "share this event."
I can't find an event, how do I search for an event?
At the top right, there should be a search bar. Search for specific events through that. Alternatively, you could also click on the "Explore" tab at the top, then search for events that are either new, popular, or nearby - you could also access the search bar through the search tab in "Explore."
How do I add photos to an event?
When you click on an event, you should see an "upload photo" tab. Start there.
How do I change my location?
Go to the "Explore" tab at the top. From there, click on the "Nearby" tab. Click on "Change Location" right under that.
I can't log in/I forgot my password/How do I retrieve my password?
Under login, you should see a "forgot password?" link. After you click on that, type either your email address OR phone number, and click on Get Password.
